Our Products
All Microtuff powders are based on polyethylene resins tailored for use in rotational moulding. They contain stabiliser packages specifically designed to cope with the demanding conditions of this processing method. Microtuff powders also contain UV stabilisers to ensure protection of your products in outdoor applications.

Tank Colours
Our standard tank colours are formulated to meet the requirements of AS/NZS4766. They are safe for contact with potable water and food (volume and food type limitations apply) and do not contain any heavy metals based pigments. Click on the image below to view our tank colour range.
Rainbow Colours
Our Rainbow colour range features a variety of bright colours that are widely used in kayaks, boxes, playground equipment and a variety of custom mouldings. If the colour you are looking for isn't among them, please contact us - it might be among the multitude of other colours we produce or we can match it to your requirements.
Spa Colours
We can also supply multicoloured powders for use in spa baths and a range of other applications. These are made to order and minimum oder quantities may apply.
Standard Compliance
AS/NZS 4766 - The Tank Standard
AS/NZS4766 applies specifically to rotationally moulded storage tanks and specifies raw material requirements as well as tank design and procedures for ensuring proper workmanship in producing them. This standard has just been republished as AS/NZS4766:2020. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding this standard and the compliance of our products.
AS/NZS 4766 compliance
Our Microtuff grades 6110UV and 6330UV in a limited tank colour range comply with the raw material requirements specified in AS/NZS4766:2020.
This has been independently verified by BSI Global who have issued a type test certificate for these materials.
