polyethylene powders.
Our Grades
All Microtuff products are produced from polyethylene resins that were tailored for use in
rotational moulding. They contain stabiliser packages specifically designed to cope with the
demanding conditions of this processing method. Microtuff powders also contain highly efficient
UV stabilisers to ensure optimum protection of your products against the harsh Australian climate.
AS4766 - "The Tank Standard"
Our flagship grades, Microtuff 6100 UV and Microtuff 6110 UV have been assessed for their
compliance with AS4766:2006 by both SAI Global and BSI. A wide range of tank colours is covered
by Type Test certificates from both organisations. So you can rest assured that the product you are
using meets all requirements of the standard. Should you be getting ready to have your tanks
certified to AS4766, these type test certificates provide you with a hassle free way of proving
compliance with all requirements specified in section 5 of the standard. For details on AS4766 compliance,
